Nikki – Model Portfolio – Seattle Tacoma Photographer

Once in a while I have the inkling to collaborate with some other local businesses. For this shoot, I contacted two awesome woman, Melanie from Vanity Fashion Boutique and Melissa from Che’mel Salon, both on 6th Ave. When the 3 of us get together we have lots of fun and magic happens! I knew the model I wanted to use for this one. She’s the sister of a senior I did several years ago and her eyes just stuck with me from back then. She also happens to be the daughter of a high school friend and since we are facebook friends, I was able to watch her mature into this gorgeous young woman. As soon as I thought of the shoot, I thought of her. She had never modeled before, but I knew she had it in her and as you will see, I was right :).

When I do shoots like this, it’s to benefit all of us. For Melissa I wanted to showcase her hair and makeup. For Melanie, the clothes and accessories. For Nikki, the start of her modeling portfolio and for me, I get to show you the beautiful images I captured! This is very much a group effort, without any one of these people, this would not be possible. I love doing shoots like this and working with these ladies! I hope you enjoy :).
