I have the priveledge of capturing Bailey’s family every year and now that she’s a senior it’s time for her to have a session all of her own.
Bailey attends Sumner high school where she is an all honors student. She plans on attending Pierce College first to get her generals out of the way then transfer up to a bigger university where she will enter the RN program.
She keeps herself busy working part time, attending school and attending school sporting events.
Every year I look forward to seeing this family and we keep coming up with different spots to visit around Snoqualmie. There is always lots of love, laughter, cooperation and patience during our time together. I tease Laura about being super mom! You should see the stuff this girl can do! She repurposes clothes Natalie has outgrown and breathes new life into them. She themes her wheelchair bumpers to match the holidays, Seahawks or other events in her life, she sews curtains and makes bedspreads, she makes professional looking cakes for every party along with other delicious looking treats, she celebrates every holiday with full force, runs marathons and always has a smile on her face. She is simply amazing! Don’t get me wrong, Ray is an awesome dad too! He coaches the kid’s baseball team, helps them win derby’s in boy scouts, paints Natalie’s fingernails and is just there for his kids. Can you tell I really admire this family. They are just awesome! Yes, the kids are great too!
I did Erin’s big sister Anna’s senior portraits a couple of years ago and now it’s time for her and her twin sister Kristen to have the spotlight. First up is Erin. Kristen is doing her’s in the spring, but she did make an appearance in Erin’s session :).
Erin loves choir and is the president of the Vocal Motion Jazz Choir. She is also involved in the Venture Crew (a co-ed arm of the boy scouts). She spends every summer as a lifeguard at a Boy Scout Camp. Erin loves animals, reading, and writing.
She plans on attending Evergreen College and would like to study psychology. Someday she hopes to visit Antarctica, hike in the rain forest and learn to scuba dive.

Alexys is a Gig Harbor High School senior. She’s part of the National Honor Society, with a 4.0 GPA and has played Varsity singles Tennis all 4 years for Gig Harbor High School.
Her plans after graduation are to attend a 4 year university. Looking at maybe going to Law school afterwards or following in her father’s foot steps and becoming a pilot. Or doing both!
Alexys loves fashion. She loves being outdoors. Whether it is sports or hiking or taking photos.
She loves being in trees too, haha.
What a great time we had. I love how unique every senior is and I love hearing their future plans. This girl is going places!
Olivia and Kyle are getting married in January 2017 in Tacoma. We met up in October to do their engagement session, so they could get their save the dates out.
They are completely adorable together! Kyle is still in college, so he made the long trip home just for the session, so I’m glad when we were threatened with rain, that it mostly held back.
Kyle’s dad brought his truck for us to use and it was awesome in the fall leaves!
So fun!
Even though it’s over a year away, it will be here before you know it and then I get to capture the love of these two all over again!! Yay!
I love the fall and I love fall weddings! I don’t know if there could have been a better place to have a fall wedding than the Ritter Farm in Cle Elum, WA. It was such a beautiful backdrop to a beautiful day! We decided to head to Chelan a day early, stay the night with family and then while they watched our pup we headed to Cle Elum for a Sunday wedding. It all worked out perfectly. We had a great day documenting a beautiful wedding and then afterwards headed back to Chelan to shoot a beautiful engagement session the next day for my neice. It was a nice working vacation for us.
After spending time with Aleah and Brett during their engagement session, I knew this wedding would be awesome!
The guys even had a cute little out building to get ready in. They weren’t forgotten!
The girls had their own little cottage to get ready full of girls singing, music playing, curlers in hair, makeup galore and lots of laughter.

Aleah’s mom was a girl scout leader to this group of woman for 12 years and they all made it to the wedding, some traveling from out of state to be there!
